This Upma is very tasty and easy to make too. This recipe serves 3.
Method
Ingredients
- 6 Croissants cut into pieces
- 2 Tomatoes chopped
- 2 green chillies slit lenghtwise
- 1 tsp finely chopped ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt ( adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves
Method
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the tomatoes, green chillies, ginger, turmeric and salt and fry them till the tomatoes are cooked.
- Then add the croissants and mix everything well and cook it on low flame for 1 min with the pan closed.
- Take the pan off the stove and garnish it with the coriander leaves.
- Serve Hot!
