I have been one of...OK... this has been long due... I have been one of the lucky few that got to taste several of these items published here... ymmmm... my personal favourite is the whole wheat cookies but Ashu (my husband) loved the classic ones.
So I took the recipe for whole whaet cookies and put a spin on it. Instead of 1/2 cup sugar, I cut it down to a 1/3 of a cup. Added a 1/3 of a cup of Craisins. Then the juice and zest of an orange. I also cut down the ghee to a 1/3 of a cup. Scooped it onto baking sheets using a 1 tsp measure, and baked at 400 for 10-15 min.

It turned out awesome. Thanks for the original recipe D.
BTW, where is the recipe for your shortbread cookies? Was looking for it but couldn't find it. You should try ot folks. It just melts in your mouth. No one can eat just one.Babbunoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2475963545238531361.post-60288130832178788262012-03-19T07:17:52.995-04:002012-03-19T07:17:52.995-04:00Perfectly baked cookies, thank you for linking wit...Perfectly baked cookies, thank you for linking with Any One can Cook :)Umm Mymoonahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18073496581813858602noreply@blogger.com
